I am a citizen of the Russian Federation. While purchasing a ticket through Southwind Airlines, a technical problem caus...ed my card to be charged twice for the same ticket. A total of 17,686 RUB was collected for the duplicate transactions. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that both payments
