A non-mandatory insurance fee was charged to me for the loan I received from Garanti BBVA, without my knowledge or conse...nt. According to the relevant article of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, if the insured requests it, the policy can be canceled and the charged amount must be refunded
