I purchased the Garmin Venu 2 Plus smartwatch from Amazon, but it didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it.... Despite following all the steps Amazon outlined for the return process and completing everything correctly, the return has been unnecessarily delayed with no resolution in sight.
