Amazon Delayed My Garmin Venu 2 Plus Return – Still Waiting for Refund

I purchased the Garmin Venu 2 Plus smartwatch from Amazon, but it didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. Despite following all the steps Amazon outlined for the return process and completing everything correctly, the return has been unnecessarily delayed with no resolution in sight. This long wait has been both frustrating and has made me lose trust in the process. I expected better customer service from a company as large as Amazon, especially regarding returns and customer satisfaction. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, and my refund processed as soon as possible. If not, this will negatively impact my future shopping experience with Amazon, and I will be filing a formal complaint.
