Melolo Rewards Blocked Due To Incorrect “Cheating” Suspicion

I recently installed the Melolo app on my Android phone. I downloaded it yesterday and today, when I tried to claim the rewards, the app did not allow me to receive anything and showed a warning that my account is “suspected of cheating”. I want to state clearly that I have not cheated or used any trick, and I do not understand why the app flags my account this way. I simply tried to claim all the rewards that appear in the app, such as daily login and the other bonuses shown on the screen, but in every case it blocks me due to this “cheating suspicion” notice. My expectation from Melolo is that this suspicion on my account is removed and that I am allowed to claim all the rewards that correspond to me according to the app’s rules, as I am using the application normally and honestly.
