I am filing a complaint about my entire Melbet account being blocked without any explanation. On March 12, after I won a high-odds bet, I was suddenly logged out of my account, and since then, I have not been able to log back in.
I did not receive any notification, warning, or explanation about why my account was blocked, and I have not violated any of the platform’s rules. There is money in my Melbet account, and I cannot access those funds because of this suspension.
Before this happened, I had successfully made withdrawals from this same account without any issues, which makes this sudden block even more concerning. I contacted Melbet support, but they only send generic, copy-and-paste responses and do not provide any clear reason for the block or any real steps to resolve it.
I have not received any email or SMS saying that my account is under investigation, that additional verification is needed, or that I violated any rules. I request a clear and detailed explanation for the suspension of my account and the immediate restoration of my access so that I can use my account and withdraw my funds.
