Hello, I recently made a 10,000₺ payment to the same IBAN I’ve always used on Melbet. However, this time, the money never arrived in my account.
After contacting support, I was met with no clear explanation despite providing proof of the transaction (receipt). Instead of resolving the issue, they blocked my account, claiming that my psychological state was unstable. Now, I cannot access my funds, and they aren’t even responding to my emails.
Melbet, fix this immediately! I expect my account to be reinstated and my payment to be processed. Has anyone else experienced this? I need urgent assistance!
