I Face Missing $4800 Deposit In Melbet Account After Bank Transfer
I am writing to report a serious issue with my Melbet account regarding a missing deposit and to request immediate resolution. On April 15, I made a bank transfer deposit of approximately $4,800 to my Melbet account (ID: 840271963). The transfer was completed instantly on my bank’s side, but the funds have not appeared in my Melbet balance.
Despite the payment being successful, my account still shows no record of this deposit. I contacted Melbet support via live chat, provided proof of payment, screenshots, and all requested details. The only response I received was that the case would be investigated, but since then there has been no update and my balance remains unchanged.
I find it unacceptable that such a large amount can go missing without being credited, especially after I have fully cooperated and submitted all necessary evidence.
I request that my $4,800 deposit made on April 15 be urgently located and immediately credited to my Melbet account (ID: 840271963), or that I receive a clear explanation along with a full refund of the amount without any further delay.
