On 14.12.2025 I requested a withdrawal of TSh 85,600 through M‑Pesa, but the transaction was rejected and the money has still not been paid to me. Previously, I deposited to my Melbet account using the Airtel Money number +255 686 282 7**. I later changed and made my withdrawal request to my current M‑Pesa number, +255 762 998 1**. After making this request, the withdrawal of TSh 85,600 was rejected and I received no clear explanation or assistance. I do not have Melbet’s direct contact details, so I could not reach customer support to resolve this issue.
