Unauthorized Charge from Duolingo After Free Trial – No Notification Received

I signed up for a free trial on Duolingo, and they promised to notify me two days before the subscription renewal. However, I never received any notification, and they charged my account without my consent. I’m really frustrated and can’t understand how this could happen. I demand that my subscription be immediately canceled and a full refund issued, or I will consider taking legal action. This is unacceptable, and I need this resolved right away!
