• Go to your account’s subscription settings and confirm that “Active” has changed to “Canceled”
• If you canceled through the app store, open the App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions and verify Meditopia isn’t still listed
• Check for multiple accounts that might still be linked to an active subscription
• Remove or update the saved payment method to prevent future charges
• Contact Meditopia support with your cancellation confirmation and billing details to request a refund for unauthorized charges
• Provide screenshots of your cancellation, bank charges, and emails you’ve sent/received for faster resolution
• If the problem persists, dispute the charges with your bank or card issuer as unauthorized billing
If the issue still isn’t resolved;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report recurring billing after cancellation and seek a proper fix or refund
