McDonald's Orders Keep Getting Delayed Due to No Couriers
I have been experiencing serious problems with Yemeksepeti for a long time, as my orders are constantly delayed and the excuse is always that no courier can be found. It often takes more than 1 hour just for an order to be put on the road, which shows how unqualified the service has become. Most recently, today I placed an order from McDonald’s via Yemeksepeti at 20:02 and as of now the order has still not been dispatched. This situation is not a one‑time mistake but has turned into a recurring problem, and each time I am left waiting for a long time without any clear information. My expectation from Yemeksepeti is that they improve their service quality urgently and do not accept orders they cannot deliver on time. Customers should not have to remind a company of this basic responsibility. If an order cannot be delivered within the promised time, it should not be taken, or at least the customer should be clearly informed in advance.
