In June 2025, I purchased the Maybelline Multi Use Concealer foundation from Rossmann. The product has a twist-to-dispense mechanism, but after the very first use, the mechanism completely broke and the product could no longer be used. Despite trying several different methods to get it working again, it remains faulty and unusable.
I attempted to contact Maybelline directly but could not find a working customer service channel, and I have not yet contacted Rossmann about the issue. This experience is very frustrating because the product was essentially defective from the start.
I kindly request a replacement for the faulty product or another appropriate solution. Customers should not be left with unusable items due to manufacturing defects, especially when purchasing from trusted retailers. I expect Maybelline and Rossmann to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
