I purchased the Maybelline Instant Anti Age Eraser in the pink shade 05, and at first, I was happy with it. But after just a few uses, the cap mechanism broke completely. Now no product comes out, even though the bottle is still full. I twist and twist, but nothing happens. It’s stuck, and I can’t use it at all.
I was planning to order this product again, but now I’m hesitant. Is this a one-time issue, or does this happen often after a few uses? Did I just get unlucky with a faulty item, or is this a common defect with this model?
I’m really disappointed. A product that stops working after 3–4 uses is unacceptable. Maybelline, I trusted your brand, and now I feel let down. Please offer a solution—either a refund or a replacement. I won’t risk repurchasing until I know this won’t happen again.
