Matchpub Not Paying My $310 Earnings And Ignoring Requests

I have been working as a broadcaster on the Matchpub app for about two months, and despite having accumulated $310 in earnings, my payment has still not been made. Even though I have contacted support multiple times within the app and submitted requests, I have not received any results.

The people who were very responsive and attentive during the agency recruitment process became almost completely unresponsive after I joined. I was constantly delayed with phrases like “we will handle it” or “send your ID,” and even after providing everything they requested, no concrete action was taken and no payment was issued. Instead, I have been met with repeated excuses and false promises.

I demand that the $310 I earned be transferred to my account immediately. I also request that an investigation be conducted into the delays, lack of transparency, and unreliable process within this application.
