Apple App Store Not Letting Me Download Matchpub App On iPhone

For about 8 weeks, I have been unable to download the Matchpub app on my iPhone. Despite trying many times, the app simply will not install, and I cannot figure out the reason for this issue.

I contacted Apple Support, but they did not provide a permanent solution, and I am still experiencing the same problem. Even though I want to download the app, I cannot proceed in any way.

I request that Apple conduct the necessary technical investigation to resolve this issue and allow me to download the Matchpub app without any problems as soon as possible.
