Matadorbet Only Paid Me ₺7,300 from My ₺24,000 Win Citing Unfair Bonus Deductions

Today I won ₺24,000 on Matadorbet and immediately submitted a withdrawal request for ₺20,000. Instead of honoring the full amount, they only paid me ₺7,300. When I contacted support, they claimed the rest had been deducted due to bonus rules—but the cut was nearly 19 times the bonus, which makes absolutely no sense.

This kind of deduction is completely unjustified and goes against fair play. I should not be punished with such an extreme cut when the winnings were legitimate. If there was a bonus condition involved, it should have been transparently explained and clearly calculated—not used as a vague excuse to keep the majority of my winnings.
