Matadorbet Delays Payouts and Gives Incomplete Loss Bonuses

I’ve been playing on Matadorbet for a long time, but recently the experience has become incredibly frustrating. They’ve stopped processing payouts properly, and over the last three weeks, I’ve lost around ₺20,000.

Today I contacted live support regarding the weekly loss bonus, and they only credited a partial amount. When I asked about the rest, the support agent brushed me off with a careless response like, “You’ll get it later when your balance hits zero.” What kind of logic is that?

Even the bonuses they do give are useless—by the time I receive the second half, I’ve already lost everything. The games don’t pay out at all anymore, and I’m not even getting back my deposit amount, let alone a profit.
