Unable to Log into Masterpass, "Registered User Not Found" Error
I am registered with Masterpass, but I'm unable to log in. I keep getting the error message "Registered user not found." When I try to sign up again, it says the user already exists. I have also tried resetting my password, and the system accepts the new password, but when I attempt to log in using it, I receive the same "Registered user not found" error again. This has been very frustrating, as I cannot access my account despite being registered. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue so that I can log into my Masterpass account without further problems. Please advise on the next steps I should take to fix this login error.
I was contacted yesterday, I reset my account as they said, but the problem wasn't resolved. This issue is not new; I couldn't log in last month either, and I still can't log in.
