I’ve been trying to make an online purchase through Migros, but I keep encountering an error message stating, “Masterpass User Transactions: This user number already exists. Please enter a different value.” I’ve tried using different cards, but the issue persists, and I'm unable to complete my purchase. This has been very frustrating as it prevents me from using the service I need. I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I would like to continue shopping online without any further problems. Please provide guidance on how to fix this error so that I can successfully complete my transactions.
