Masteredu AI Unauthorized/Accidental Payment Of ₹599 – Request For Refund
I am raising a complaint regarding an accidental subscription and an unauthorized auto-debit of ₹599 for a monthly premium plan on the Masteredu AI app, operated by Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited, through PhonePe UPI AutoPay. On 27 August 2026, an amount of ₹599 was automatically debited from my bank account via PhonePe AutoPay for a Masteredu AI premium subscription, without my intentional consent. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately cancelled the active AutoPay mandate from my side to stop any further deductions. Even though the AutoPay now shows as cancelled, the subscription is still shown as active until 25 November 2026, which clearly indicates that the service period is continuing despite my cancellation. After this, I tried to contact the merchant through the in‑app chat support and on their official contact number +91‑7349292***. The phone number turned out to be invalid or incorrect, and I did not receive any support or guidance about my refund. PhonePe support clearly informed me that the refund can only be processed by the merchant and asked me to contact them directly, which is currently not possible due to the invalid contact details. Because the merchant is unreachable and is not providing any effective channel to request a refund, I am unable to get my money back even though the subscription was accidental, the AutoPay has been cancelled, and I do not wish to continue using the premium services. I request that the concerned authorities kindly intervene and help me obtain a full refund of ₹599 deducted for this monthly subscription. For reference, the transaction and account details are as follows. The registered mobile number is 7796785***. The company/app name is Masteredu AI, operated by Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited. The PhonePe Transaction ID is OLEX2608271600349156363366 and the UTR number is 293057581385. The PhonePe support ticket ID is 629752631. The amount deducted was ₹599 on 27‑08‑2026. I am also attaching screenshots of the successful transaction, the cancelled AutoPay status which shows that the subscription remains active until 25 November 2026, and the invalid contact number response to support my complaint. I request that my refund be processed at the earliest and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that such issues do not repeat in the future.
