Please Give Me My Money Refund
On 20/08/2026, an amount of ₹599 was debited from my SBI account ending with 9373 via UPI for a ₹1 trial plan related to Instagram / Master AI type service. I had started this trial plan for ₹1 and then cancelled it myself, but the higher amount of ₹599 was still taken from my account and has not been refunded. I contacted SBI customer care regarding this transaction. They told me that the refund must be handled by the “Master AI” app and directed me to contact them, but I have not received my ₹599 back. As a result, my money has been stuck since 20/08/2026. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, my ₹599 be refunded to my SBI account ending with 9373, and if there is any active subscription or plan connected to this payment, it should be cancelled so that no further amount is deducted from my account.
