Masteredu AI Auto-Pay Deducted ₹2,392 – Subscription Refund Issue

I saw an ad on Instagram saying that money can be earned through the Masteredu AI app, so I decided to try it. First I voluntarily made a payment of 1 ₹ to Masteredu AI through Paytm. After that, without my clear permission and without my understanding, 299 ₹ started to be deducted automatically from my account. These automatic payments of 299 ₹ were taken several times and in total around 2,392 ₹ was deducted from my money. I am a middle‑class person, and this amount is very big and important for me. Each time 299 ₹ was taken through auto‑pay linked to Paytm, and one of the latest payments was on 18 July 2026 through my Fino Payments Bank account, as shown in my automatic payment screen. When I downloaded Masteredu AI from the Play Store, I was not clearly informed that such a costly recurring auto‑payment of 299 ₹ would continue. I did not knowingly approve any such expensive ongoing plan and I did not receive any clear email or SMS with full details of this subscription. After I realised the situation, I cancelled the auto‑pay, but by that time around 2,392 ₹ had already been deducted and this has caused me a lot of sadness, stress and tension. I live in Kharihat Kalan, Lalganj, Mirzapur. I request Masteredu AI and the related payment partners to urgently review my account and payment history, cancel any subscription started in my name and refund my money that was deducted through auto‑pay without my clear and informed consent. I clearly request that at least 2,300 ₹ be refunded to me as a fair solution, even if the full 2,392 ₹ is not returned. I ask that this refund be sent back to my Fino Payments Bank account and credited to the Paytm number 7080353***, which is the number linked to these payments. I also request that such misleading and unclear payment practices be corrected so that other users are not harmed in the same way. I expect a quick response and a refund of at least 2,300 ₹ to my Paytm number 7080353***.
