I recently discovered that Masteredu AI took a subscription payment from my account today through an automatic deduction, even though I did not give any consent for this transaction. On my bank statement, the payment appears under the name “Masteredu AI”. I had registered with Masteredu AI before, but I did not knowingly approve any recurring or automatic subscription payments. The amount was taken without any clear information or explicit permission from my side, which has caused me financial and emotional discomfort. I request that the full amount deducted for this subscription be refunded to me and that any active subscription or automatic payment instruction linked to my account be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are taken in the future.
