I can’t cancel my MasterClass subscription in-app—how can I cancel it properly?

If you can’t cancel your MasterClass subscription in-app, it’s because MasterClass requires cancellation through the website or the store where you originally subscribed — the app itself doesn’t include a cancel button.

Log into your account at www.masterclass.com, go to your Profile → Settings → Membership, and select Cancel Membership to turn off auto-renewal; you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period and should receive a confirmation email.

If you subscribed through a third party, cancel through their platform instead: for Apple purchases use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and for Android use Google Play Store → Subscriptions to stop future billing.
