Marks & Spencer 5-Pack Underwear Stitching Fell Apart After Short Use

I recently purchased a 5-pack of underwear from Marks & Spencer, expecting the same high quality I’ve experienced with their products in the past. However, I was quickly disappointed – the waistband stitching came undone, and the fabric in the gusset started to fray after only a short period of use. This is not the level of quality I anticipated from such a reputable brand. Marks & Spencer used to offer durable products, but this experience has left me questioning whether I should buy from them again. I expect Marks & Spencer to make up for this by either replacing the faulty items or offering a solution to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you.
