Mapfre Insurance Requests Epicrisis for Unreceived Service at Medicana Hospital

On April 24, 2024, a transaction was noted at Izmir Medicana Hospital, but I didn't get any medical services there that day. Mapfre Insurance has this entry in their system, and now they want an epicrisis report for a service I never received. I looked at my e-nabız system and also checked the records from Izmir Medicana, but I couldn't find any transaction or service for that date. I’ve been struggling for more than a month and a half to get an epicrisis report for a service that doesn’t even exist. This error has left us with some unresolved insurance problems, and I don’t have a clear solution right now. I hope we can sort this out quickly so we can get the insurance updated.
