Mango Refuses to Reissue Compensation Coupon After 40-Day Delivery Delay

An order I placed through the Mango app on January 2, 2026, was not delivered for more than 40 days, so I was issued a compensation coupon code called “sosorry” via email. The email shows that the coupon was sent on January 30, 2026. However, because the size and fit information in Mango’s online app is not sufficiently clear, I became confused about sizing when I saw the product in-store. Due to this confusion, I canceled order number ezafu7, which I placed on February 6, 2026, and immediately afterward, I wanted to place a new order using the same coupon code for the correct size. However, the system displayed a warning stating that the code was single-use and did not allow it to be used again under any circumstances. I explained the situation in detail to customer service multiple times, but the issue was never evaluated properly, and I kept receiving the same scripted response saying, “the code is single-use,” with no solution offered. In the customer service section of the app, the conversation is also ended without giving me a chance to respond or explain further. Because of both the excessively delayed delivery of my original order and the lack of communication and understanding during this process, I believe I have been treated unfairly. I request that the sosorry compensation coupon be reissued under the same conditions, taking into account the confusion I experienced and the reason for the cancellation, and that Mango also review its customer service approach in this matter.
