Mango Order Arrives Damaged After Long International Wait
On March 4, I ordered a long-sleeve polo-neck sweater through Mango’s mobile app. When I contacted customer service regarding my order, I was informed that the product would be shipped from Spain and might take longer to arrive, which I accepted.
However, when I received the product today, although the outer shipping package was sealed, I noticed that the product’s own packaging had already been opened. Upon inspecting the sweater, I found that threads were coming undone and the item was defective. After waiting so long, receiving a product in such a careless and defective condition was very disappointing.
I request that the product be accepted for return and that the same sweater, in size medium and in defect-free condition, be restocked and sent to me. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
