Mango Order Delayed for Nearly a Month With No Delivery or Update
On November 27, I placed an order with the order number euvaqf through the Mango mobile app and paid $120 by credit card. Even though nearly a month has passed, my order has still not been delivered to me. When I contacted Mango customer service about this issue, I was told that the product was coming from a warehouse in Spain and was currently in the customs process.
However, about 14 days have passed since this explanation was given, and neither the product has been delivered nor have I received any new or concrete information about the status of the process. Due to this excessive delay and ongoing uncertainty, I am experiencing serious inconvenience. I request that the product in my order be urgently delivered to me within the next few days, or if this is not possible, that the $120 I paid be refunded to me immediately.
