Mango Kids Jacket Stitching Comes Apart Quickly
The children’s jacket I purchased from Mango’s 365 AVM store developed issues very quickly—the stitching on both pockets came undone. The jacket was used under completely normal conditions, just like other jackets I have bought for my children over the years. The fact that both pocket seams came apart in such a short time clearly indicates poor stitching and quality issues. I have never experienced such a problem with any other brand before.
I took the product back to the store, and it was sent to the headquarters for inspection. However, the result came back stating that the issue was due to “user error,” and the jacket was returned to me in the same condition. I absolutely do not accept that both pockets coming undone during normal use can be considered user error. I also have proof of purchase available through the app as a screenshot.
From a brand like Mango, which I trust for its quality and reputation, I expect them to acknowledge potential manufacturing defects and to either provide a refund or replace this jacket. I want them to stand behind their products and resolve my issue.
