On the 25th, I placed an order as a guest (without creating an account) on Mango’s website for a women’s pair of pants. The purchase process went smoothly, and ₺1,700 was successfully charged to my credit card. However, I did not receive any confirmation email or message, and I am unable to access my order information anywhere. I was expecting the order to be delivered to Trabzon.
I contacted Mango customer service regarding this issue but have not received any response yet. I request that my order be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
