Hello there. I bought a teapot set from Madame Coco at a 70% discount, listed as 1000/1500 ml in size. However, I was given a teapot measuring 0.65/1000 ml instead. When I contacted them about the error, they apologized for the mistake but said they couldn't accept returns or provide the correct set. Now, if I were to buy the same set again, the price would be treble. I demand that this error be corrected and that the correct teapot set be provided to me. I will elevate the situation to the Arbitration Committee and submit a complaint to the Ministry of Trade. According to the relevant sections of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I want the correct teapot set, which should have a top-ringed lid and a non-spherical handle, as opposed to the one I received.
