Madame Coco Online Order Missing Piece & Poor Customer Service

I had to buy a fancy bathrobe from Madame Coco's website, but they forgot to include the belt to tie it around the waist in the package. I don't get how they could mess up so badly, especially since I ordered a single-piece product. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that I needed to return the item as they were unable to send the individual pieces separately. I was pretty taken aback because it turns out I have to send the product back using PTT cargo. They say it like it's no big deal. It's really tough for me to make it to PTT cargo, you know? It's a challenge for an entire generation. Even with this annoyance, they still asked for a refund. There's no sense of urgency to resolve your issue immediately. I deeply regret this entire shopping experience. Wow, that's really hard to believe. These shipping practices are just not okay. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of making purchases from this brand's website; it's just too much of a hassle.
