MACFit Double Charged Me Without My Knowledge

Macfit made a withdrawal of 1539x2 times yesterday without informing me, despite the fact that my payments were held for 7-8 months after they were completed, without my knowledge. Is it the case that the amount was withdrawn in return? Why was I not informed? I kindly request that the refund be made and that the refund be made. This is not nice at all. I'll have to reach out to the bank and ask for it to be returned but what bothers me is that they did it in the first place, I shouldn't have to deal with this right now. If they can solve it without any further hassle, please do so, I'll appreciate it.
