I Was Charged a Termination Fee by MACFit Pashador Without Notice

I've been a member of the Macfit Pashador branch for about three months. When I attempted to cancel my membership on September 1st, I was charged a termination fee of ₺6,425.33. I was not informed of the termination fee when I signed up, nor was I presented with any documents or agreements regarding this matter. When I contacted customer service, they offered no assistance, simply stating that I would have to pay the termination fee, with a rude "you should have asked." I demand that my membership be canceled free of charge.
