I joined Göztepe MACFit Loft, but after a month, I decided not to continue because it was too crowded for my liking. I requested to cancel my membership, even though I had paid for two extra months that I didn't use. I was taken aback when MACFit requested an exit fee of ₺5760, which seems completely unreasonable to me. I have received numerous calls from their representatives, who have used threatening language and asserted that I would encounter legal consequences if I failed to make a payment. This approach made me feel disappointed and overwhelmed. I absolutely refuse to pay such an outrageous amount, particularly since my credit card doesn't even have that kind of limit. If they decide to take legal action, I will take the matter to CİMER and follow through with all required legal measures to protect my rights.
