I ordered a wig from Luvme, a while back, and let's just say it wasn't exactly what I expected. The quality wasn't great, it wouldn't even last very long, now, I'm not one to bash a company normally, but tried contacting them to return the wig and get a refund, but they're completely ignoring me! not even a single email back. all I want is a refund for a wig that wasn't up to par. Isn't that what good customer service is all about? They advertise happy customers, but right now, I'm feeling pretty unhappy!
