Lunch Box Marmara Park Forced Us to Leave After 45 Minutes Despite Paying 1200₺

On December 15, 2024, I visited the Marmara Park branch of Lunch Box with two friends. We ordered our meals, and the food was excellent—we were very satisfied with the taste. However, at around 3:45 PM, a staff member approached our table and informed us that there was a service time limit. They said we either needed to place a new order or pay the bill and leave. Essentially, we were forced out.
I asked the staff if this time limit applied to all branches, and they said it was common practice and we should order again after 45 minutes. We originally planned to order coffee after our meal, but due to this treatment, we simply asked for the bill instead.
We paid 1200₺, which is a significant amount, and I’ve never encountered such behavior at any other establishment. This policy and treatment are unacceptable. I trust that the necessary parties will take action to address this issue. It left a very negative impression.
