Hi there,
I'll be flying from Ankara to Miami with a layover in Munich. I bought my ticket on June 13th. Although I paid ₺21,222.53, my credit card was charged $908.79. As a result of fluctuations in currency exchange rates, I am currently facing a financial setback.
Please refund the extra amount charged to my card in dollars. Please review all the details on my invoice. Here are the documents you requested: my credit card statement and invoice. Please take a look. Kindly proceed with the required refund.
