I started using the L'Oréal Vitamin C Serum and everything seemed fine at first. But around 10 days after opening it, I noticed the serum turned orange. I assumed the color change was due to air exposure and continued using it, thinking a product like this couldn’t possibly go bad so quickly—especially when I hadn’t even used a quarter of the bottle.
That was a big mistake.
Yesterday morning, I woke up to tiny red bumps and breakouts all over my face. I’ve never had a reaction like this before. Only later did it hit me that the serum could be the cause. Now I’m on a prescription cortisone cream, under doctor supervision, to calm the irritation. I’m still hoping it clears up soon.
L'Oréal, this is unacceptable. A serum shouldn’t oxidize and spoil within days of opening—especially one sold at a premium price. I paid ₺ for this and now my skin is suffering. I’m sharing this to warn others so they don’t go through the same ordeal.
This product needs to be investigated immediately and pulled from the market if it’s unsafe. I demand a full explanation and a resolution from your team. No one should have to risk their skin like this.
