I purchased the L'Oréal Paris Vitamin C Serum from Migros just two weeks ago, expecting a high-quality product from a well-known brand. But when I opened it today, I was shocked to see that the serum was bright yellow, a clear sign that it had oxidized and was no longer usable.
Vitamin C serums are known to be sensitive to light, heat, and air, so they require strict storage conditions. It's clear this product was not stored properly, either by the seller or during transport. I trusted the brand and paid more thinking I was investing in a premium skincare product, but instead, I received a spoiled serum that had already degraded before first use.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a brand like L'Oréal. I’m requesting that my loss be compensated. I chose this product with high hopes, but the result was a complete letdown.
L'Oréal, please ensure your retailers are handling your products properly, and make this right by offering a refund or replacement. I expected quality—and instead, I’m left with waste.
