I recently started using L’Oréal Paris retinol at night without any issues, so I decided to try their sunscreen face cream for the first time, purchased from BİM. Unfortunately, within just 15 minutes of applying the product, I experienced burning, redness, and intense itching on my face. This reaction was both uncomfortable and disappointing, especially considering that I paid a significant amount and had high expectations from such a well-known brand.
Previously, I had been using Cerave and never faced a single problem like this. I now regret switching to L’Oréal’s sunscreen cream, as the adverse reaction not only caused physical discomfort but also made me lose confidence in the product’s safety.
I request that L’Oréal Paris investigate the ingredients of this batch, clarify whether the reaction is due to a quality or formulation issue, and provide either a refund or a safe replacement product.
