Longchamp Order Placed but No Confirmation Email – Where Is My Tracking Info?

I made a purchase directly from Longchamp’s official website, but I never received an email or message confirming my order. The only thing I saw was a "Payment Successful" page after checkout. However, my card has already been charged, and I have no way to track my order.
I want to know where I can check my order status. When will I receive my confirmation and tracking details? I also read that orders are shipped within three business days, and a notification will be sent—is this accurate?
I need an urgent update on my order status. Longchamp, please provide clear tracking information! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a response immediately!
