Longchamp.com Order Not Delivered & No Refund – No Response from Customer Service
I placed an order for a bag on Longchamp.com on November 1, 2024. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I have received no response regarding my purchase.
Not only have they failed to ship my item, but they also haven’t issued a refund. It is completely unacceptable for a well-known brand to ignore customers like this.
At this point, I am losing trust in their company. If I don’t receive an update or a refund soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue through legal and consumer protection channels. Longchamp must take responsibility and resolve this immediately!
