The website https://www.long-champs.com.tr is extremely disappointing. It appears to mimic the official Longchamp Turkey site but fails to deliver orders. After placing my order and paying, I never received the product. Attempts to reach customer service through contact forms went unanswered, and it seems impossible to find anyone responsible.
It’s been four months since my purchase, and I still have no resolution. This website takes your money but offers no support or delivery. I’ve also found numerous similar complaints online, confirming this is an ongoing issue. I demand a full refund for my order and action against this site. If you’re considering using this platform, beware of the risks. Longchamp must address this problem urgently.
