Logitech MX Master 3S Problems and No Warranty Support


I purchased a Logitech MX Master 4 mouse about 20 days ago from a retail store. The product is under warranty, and I also purchased extended warranty coverage.
Recently, the left-click button has started malfunctioning. Sometimes it doesn’t respond at all, the click sensitivity is inconsistent, and occasionally, the mouse emits a squeaky noise. These issues occur randomly, independent of any software or program use. I also recorded a video as proof of the problem.
Today, I delivered the product to the store for inspection. Since the mouse has developed these problems within such a short period, I feel quite inconvenienced and would like to request a quick replacement.
