The order I placed today from L’Occitane’s online store has arrived. Although I selected the free gift-wrapping option during checkout, no gift wrap was included with my package.
There were no other issues or missing items in my order — only the gift wrap was not delivered.
After noticing this, I tried to contact L’Occitane customer service but received no response. I believe the gift-wrapping option is especially important for orders intended as gifts.
I request that L’Occitane send my gift wrap separately and provide an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
