L'Occitane Curly Hair Products Left My Hair Sticky and Unmanageable

I purchased L'Occitane products recommended for curly, dry hair, including shampoo, anti-frizz serum, and two restorative hair oils. I paid a high price, expecting quality results, but after 2-3 uses, I saw no positive changes. Frustrated, I returned to the store for advice and was told to use more of the restorative oil. Following their guidance only worsened the situation – my hair became sticky, clumpy, and unattractive. I can no longer use these products as they leave my hair looking worse than before.

I feel disappointed and ignored by L'Occitane’s lack of support in addressing my complaint. I expected much better service and product quality, especially for the price I paid.
