I have always enjoyed using L'Occitane products, but the Aromachology Intense Repairing Infused Oil has been a huge disappointment. I previously purchased the same product and was very satisfied, but the current version is completely different. While the scent remains the same, the texture has changed drastically—it now feels like a light, runny oil, unlike the rich and thick formula it used to have. The original product made my hair look healthy and well-maintained, but this new version falls short. I’m shocked that a brand like L'Occitane would compromise its quality. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase your products in the future. I hope you reconsider and bring back the original formula.
